When the Feed Confirms What You Know

Sometimes you post something that feels right. Not because it’s clever. But because it’s true.

That was me this week.

I shared a post based on Parshat Korach and the Rebbe’s message:

Leadership isn’t about ego. It’s about empowering others.

A few minutes later, I opened Instagram. The first thing on my feed? A post from Simon Sinek:

“Leadership is not a journey to rise in the ranks. It’s a journey to help those around us rise.”

I had to pause.

Same idea.

Different language.

Same truth.

It wasn’t about agreement. It was about confirmation that what we’re saying as Jewish leaders isn’t just relevant. It’s needed.

And maybe, the world is more ready to hear it than we think.

If you're building a school, a brand, or a movement, don’t wait to feel trendy. Just speak from the values you live by. Because when it’s true, it will land.

And sometimes? The feed will say, “You’re right on time.”
