Why does Google work?

Look closely at why Google actually works.

Google-inspired marketing graphic showing the search "How do I slow down?" with the message "Before you share your answer... Learn their question," illustrating audience-centered marketing for Jewish organizations.
Google succeeds because it starts with the user's question. Great marketing works the same way.

The search bar is completely blank until the user brings their own vulnerability to it. Google didn't invent the question "How do I slow down?"—the user did. The magic isn’t that Google has the answers; it’s that Google listens well enough to let the user set the agenda.

The biggest mistake Jewish organizations make in their marketing is trying to dictate what the community should care about before listening to what they actually wake up worrying about.

If you want people to notice your school, your synagogue, or your program, stop starting with your goals. Start with their search history.

Meet them at the exact friction point they are already experiencing—whether that's burnout, loneliness, or a desire for grounding. When you allow your audience to bring the question, they will willingly look to you for the answer.

At @designed2matter, we don’t just design graphics; we help you decode the real questions your community is asking so you can position your organization as the definitive answer.
