Inspiration from Parshas Shoftim

This ready-to-use social media template helps Jewish organizations, Chabad Houses, and community leaders share a powerful, uplifting message for Shabbat. Based on the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s teaching on “שופטים ושוטרים תתן לך בכל שעריך” (Devarim 16:18), it reminds us that leadership isn’t only about holding a title — it’s about guiding ourselves, our families, and our communities with integrity and kindness.

What’s Included:

• Beautiful Visual: A graphic with the headline “Everyone can be a leader” (image provided).

• Thoughtful Caption (ready to use or adapt):

• Not everyone holds a title. But everyone holds influence.

The way we speak to a friend, the way we listen to our children, the way we choose honesty over convenience — That’s leadership, too.

Parshas Shoftim teaches: leadership is not reserved for the few. Living with integrity at every turn takes courage.

And that’s what leadership really is.
